Annoying paint bags on the cheekbones: how to get rid of them yourself

For many of us, the years we have lived are associated with acquired pathologies. Internal changes in the body are reflected in the skin, the structure of the nails, and the condition of the hair. Over time, the image in the mirror begins to please less and less. In the morning, swelling appears on the face. Sufas, otherwise called paint bags, are formed on the cheekbones. This defect spoils the aesthetic appearance and causes a lot of trouble. How to get rid of paint bags on cheekbones?

The girl points to the sufas

What are molar sacs on the cheekbones?

This is a cosmetic defect that is not always considered age-related. The pathology also occurs in young people. The phenomenon is associated with a violation of the outflow of lymph from the fat layer in the cheekbone area. It is more common in women who have a certain facial bone structure, which leads to fat deposition in the cheekbone area.

In cosmetic medicine, pathology is also called:

  • suf;
  • lymphostasis;
  • zygomatic edema.

Paint bags on the cheekbones (how to get rid of them is described later in the article) are difficult to remove. Plastic surgery gives short-term results. After a short period of time, everything will return to its previous places. You should not believe doctors who promise to get rid of malar edema in one session. The process is complex, lengthy, but solvable.

How to get rid of paint bags on the cheekbones without surgery, folk remedies, lipolysis in cosmetology

Medicine does not have a reliable explanation for why some people are susceptible to pathology. There are certain reasons that provoke the appearance of a cosmetic defect. Sufis are difficult to remove with the help of compresses and lotions, as is the case with habitual swelling. It is better to entrust the solution to the problem to professionals.

Causes and methods of eliminating paint bags on the cheekbones

Paint bags (edema) form in the upper area of the cheekbones due to disruption of physiological processes in soft tissues, which is typically expressed by sagging skin in this area to varying degrees of severity.

Today, aesthetic medicine represents for us a whole range of different activities that are aimed at getting rid of ink bags in women of different ages.

Etiological factors

Masking bags on the cheekbones and under the eyes do not always appear only due to age-related changes. Sometimes genetics also plays a role in the appearance, i.e. hereditary predisposition.

Before you begin to fix the problem, you should find out exactly the cause of such swelling:

  • The beginning of the skin aging process.

  • Reducing the number of fat cells in the nasolacrimal groove.
  • Heredity.
  • Overweight.
  • Diseases of the endocrine system.
  • Hypertrophy of the eye muscles.

Here's my opinion on the fact that paint bags appear

due to nervous exhaustion, lack of sleep and overwork, they are more likely a myth than a well-reasoned reality.

In approximately 75-80% of cases, the appearance of paint bags is associated with a decrease in tone, a decrease in the level of collagen and elastin production, and simply with skin aging.

Nature of the defect

Malar bags (or as they are also called malar edema, zygomatic hernias and sufas) are only a cosmetic defect and they have nothing to do with pathology.

The bags look like swellings, with edges framed by folds of skin. Inside them there is fatty tissue. Sufas have a pronounced lower border, as well as “bridges” of connective tissue that create a semicircle shape.

The main feature of fatty tissue in the problem area is a static state, which is why patients are often worried about:

  • Blue discoloration in the bag area.
  • Gradual spread of swelling.
  • Inflammatory process of subcutaneous fat.
  • Redness.
  • Appearance of a gloomy appearance.

Due to the appearance of a defect, facial skin may become dull and lifeless in appearance. In addition to sad facial expressions and wrinkles, many women's faces become visually older, which is why they can be mistakenly given a couple of decades to their real age.

Such flaws can be easily eliminated in cosmetology offices or special clinics.

Causes

By medical definition, paint bags are a kind of hernia. The accumulation of fat causes the skin to be unable to retain excess deposits. The bags gradually descend, and unsightly swelling appears.

A number of causes of pathology are identified:

  • genetic predisposition;
  • frequent swelling of the face, affecting the elasticity of the skin;
  • rapid weight loss or gain;
  • age-related skin changes.

    How to get rid of paint bags on the cheekbones without surgery, folk remedies, lipolysis in cosmetology

Painting bags on the cheekbones appear precisely because of these factors. It is important to understand how to get rid of them yourself and what methods modern cosmetology offers.

Reasons for the formation of paint bags and their signs

Externally, zygomatic hernias look like small swellings or “bags” concentrated in the upper part of the zygomatic bone area, under the eyes. Internal connective tissue bridges give these formations the shape of a bean, semicircle or triangle with a clear, usually lower contour. Skin folds form along their outer contour. They protrude above the surface of the skin and have the character of an aesthetic defect.

Since microcirculatory circulation is often disrupted in this zone, the following occurs in it:

  1. Development of inflammatory processes in adipose tissue.
  2. Gradual increase in the area and volume of swelling.
  3. The appearance of dullness of the skin, its redness with a bluish tint.

The significant severity of the formations gives the face a gloomy and sickly appearance with a noticeable difference from the passport age in the direction of increasing the latter.

How to get rid of paint bags on cheekbones? The idea of the effectiveness of certain techniques in this case is helped by an understanding of what sufs are and what are the reasons for their formation.

The development of eye bags, unlike “bags under the eyes,” is not directly related to an unhealthy lifestyle, as well as to diseases that lead to fluid retention in the body, for example, dysfunction of the urinary or cardiovascular system, etc. which means the correction methods are completely different.

The structure of the face is determined mainly by the bones of the facial skull, muscles, ligaments and adipose tissue. The latter is divided by ligaments and septa (connective tissue partitions) in the temporo-frontal region, buccal, periorbital and zygomatic areas, etc. into fatty formations, “pads”, called fatty compartments in cosmetology. In young people, these compartments evenly fit the face, due to which its relief is uniform, without folds or grooves.

The first symptoms of an aesthetic defect may appear already in childhood, and then, with age, as the volume and mass of the facial muscles increase, and the skin tone decreases, some fat bags may decrease, while others may increase and become more pronounced.

In addition, under the influence of gravity, stretching and drooping (ptosis) of the ligamentous apparatus and connective tissue septa occurs, thanks to which the adipose tissue was held in a certain position. The latter gradually shifts and accumulates in the upper parts of the zygomatic bone. The nasolacrimal groove is a natural obstacle to displacement, as a result of which, as a rule, the paint bag hangs over it. The remaining fat continues to move downwards, stretching the surrounding areas of the skin, which further contributes to the contouring of the sufas through certain grooves that separate them from the surrounding tissues, making them more difficult to correct.

Sufas (painting bags, zygomatic hernia)

Will losing weight help remove sofas on the cheekbones?

Reducing total body weight cannot in any way reduce the volume of local fat limited by ligaments and connective tissue bridges.

In cosmetology and medicine, the question of the main reason for the development of sufs on the face remains debatable. In determining the key role in the development of this defect, most experts give preference to the constitutional, individual features of the anatomical structure, and therefore it occurs quite regularly not only in adulthood, but also at a young age, and especially often in broad-faced people.

Additional factors that somewhat contribute to the acceleration of the formation of paint bags and the deterioration of the appearance of the area of the middle third of the face are:

  • chrono- and photoaging of facial tissues;
  • increase in mass and volume (hypertrophy) of the periorbital muscles;
  • excess body weight and the occurrence of frequent swelling of the face, which contribute to stretching of the skin in the corresponding area;
  • a sharp decrease in total body weight, as a result of which the tone and elasticity of the skin decrease with the formation of excess skin;
  • endocrine disorders.

Device "Darsonval" from painting bags

A method that allows you to cope with a defect using a special device. The Darsonval physiotherapeutic device is used for the prevention and elimination of paint bags.

The operating principle is based on high frequency electrical impulses. The method is not considered new. It was first used by the French physiologist J. A. D'Arsonval 100 years ago, after whom the device and method of therapy were named.

Today the technique has found application in medical fields:

  • cosmetology;
  • dermatology;
  • gynecology;
  • urology;
  • dentistry;
  • surgery.

Many women managed to get rid of cellulite, varicose veins, and solve hair and skin problems thanks to darsonvalization. Modern devices are mobile and small in size, which makes it possible to use them at home. By using the device yourself, you can not only carry out the prevention of soufs.

The procedures will help:

  • get rid of acne;
  • prevent psoriasis;
  • normalize fat and lipid metabolism on the skin of the face;
  • tighten sagging areas;
  • smooth out wrinkles;
  • eliminate colloidal and postoperative scars;
  • stop hair loss;
  • get rid of cellulite.

Darsonvalization has a number of contraindications:

  • benign and malignant neoplasms;
  • installed pacemaker;
  • bleeding;
  • hemophilia, bleeding disorders;
  • high skin sensitivity;
  • thrombophlebitis;
  • epilepsy;
  • ari src=”https://ladysdream.ru/wp-content/uploads/2018/06/malyarnye-meshki-na-skulah-12.jpg” class=”aligncenter” width=”500″ height=”292″[ /img]
  • pregnancy in any trimester;
  • the presence of dilated blood vessels on the face (rosacea);
  • pulmonary tuberculosis;
  • cardiovascular diseases;
  • cirrhosis of the liver;
  • alcohol intoxication.

All indications and contraindications are contained in the accompanying instructions. But it does not indicate exactly how to deal with paint bags.

The device has several attachments and operates in 2 modes:

  1. Contact, it is also called “quiet” and implies direct contact with the skin. It is used on small areas, making it ideal for eliminating paint bags.

    How to get rid of paint bags on the cheekbones without surgery, folk remedies, lipolysis in cosmetology

  2. Non-contact , referred to as “spark discharge”, is used at a short distance from problem areas. The device nozzle is located at a distance of 4 mm. A discharge is formed between the surface of the skin and the nozzle, due to which ozone appears, which has a beneficial effect on the skin.

Darsonval is used in professional beauty salons. If there are no contraindications, you can use it at home. It is better to carry out the first procedures with a professional cosmetologist.

After this, you can use it by following all the steps:

  • Pre-clean the skin with alcohol-free products;
  • install a mushroom-shaped nozzle;
  • turn on the device;
  • Without strong pressure, move the nozzle along the massage lines in the area of the paint bags.

For the best effect, apply moisturizer to the treated areas. You must strictly follow the instructions and do not conduct more sessions than the manufacturer or cosmetologist recommends.

Gymnastics for cheekbones

As mentioned earlier, everything requires an integrated approach, so massage techniques should be supplemented with special exercises.

Firstly, it is recommended to perform exercises aimed at lymphatic drainage of the whole body. Here are a few techniques that trigger the movement of lymph and relieve swelling:

  • Every morning you should perform 100 small jumps on your toes, hitting your heels on the floor. Bouncing should be as small and frequent as possible, without loading the spine.

This technique activates the lymphatic system and helps relieve swelling from the legs and face. If you suddenly feel discomfort while doing it, stop. Don’t perform 100 jumps at once, build up every day at the rhythm that is comfortable for you.

All structures on the face are interconnected, so exercises for all areas of the face are also beneficial for eliminating paint bags:

  • Eye exercises:
  1. Close your eyes tightly and open your eyes several times. When opening your eyes, you need to quickly focus on a specific object located at a distance of about two meters;
  2. Stand up, look left and right as far as possible, focusing your gaze for five seconds in each eye position. Do 4-5 repetitions;
  3. Stand in front of a window and blink very quickly for 10 seconds, without squeezing your eyes tightly. After this, again leave your eyelids lowered for five seconds, then open your eyes again and focus on some distant object;
  4. It is advisable to complete complex gymnastics with rotational eye movements (preferably with eyes closed)

The complex takes only a few minutes, it is recommended to repeat it at least three times a day, but it can be done more often.

  • A set of exercises for the cheekbones has a good effect on the cheekbone muscles, accelerating blood in this area, helping to destroy excess fat. All techniques for cheekbones are given in the article.

In the next two videos, cosmetologist and doctor Valeria Profatylo offers a set of effective exercises for zygomatic hernias, including with a bottle, to eliminate paint bags.

Lotions and compresses for bags on the cheekbones

There are several effective folk recipes for compresses that allow you, if not to get rid of paint bags, then to significantly slow down their increase.

These methods have proven themselves well as preventive measures. It is recommended to try the following types of lotions:

  • Lotions based on linden and chamomile. Making a decoction is simple - just pour boiling water over the herbal mixture and leave to brew. Afterwards, you can moisten the gauze in a warm broth and apply it to the problem skin;
  • Make two cloth bags, each containing one teaspoon of sea salt. They are immersed in warm water for a few seconds, after which they are applied to the problem area for 5 minutes. Repeat daily;
  • Chilled black tea or chamomile infusion, or massage with herbal ice cubes. It is necessary to take into account that you do not need simple ice, but frozen tea or herbal infusion (calendula, chamomile, sage, oak).

If the problem is already well expressed, traditional methods will not help get rid of it completely. It is necessary to apply more serious treatment procedures, in which the compresses and lotions proposed above can be used as auxiliary ones.

Masks used to remove sufas from the face

Special masks provide good results for reducing swelling and preventing their occurrence. It is recommended to use the following compositions:

  • Grated cucumber wrapped in several layers of gauze. Apply for 30 minutes;
  • Potatoes boiled in their jackets and, after removing the skins, mashed to a puree. The temperature of the composition should be hot, but not scalding. Wrapped in gauze. Apply for 20 minutes, twice a day – morning and evening;
  • Beat the raw egg white and apply it to the area where the paint bags are located. The procedure lasts 30 minutes and is repeated every day.

To avoid removing bags on your cheekbones and under your eyes in middle age, you should adhere to some preventive measures. It is recommended to take all the vitamins necessary for health and beauty, eat a balanced diet, get enough sleep, lead an active lifestyle (daily physical activity, at least walking, is required), drink a sufficient (but not excessive) amount of clean water - at least one and a half to two liters per day.

Lymphatic drainage from paint bags

Lymphatic drainage is a procedure that helps stimulate lymphatic flow. Under its action, toxins and excess fluid are eliminated, causing swelling to disappear.

The procedure is carried out using 2 methods:

  • hardware;
  • manual.

Both options involve daily procedures, which are best done in the morning. The session lasts no more than 20 minutes. The course of treatment is 10 procedures. After several sessions, dark circles under the eyes and bags gradually decrease and disappear completely. Manual lymphatic drainage is best done in a beauty salon. Hardware can be done at home.

How to get rid of paint bags on the cheekbones without surgery, folk remedies, lipolysis in cosmetology

The essence of the method is to carry out a special massage in the area where the lymph is located. In just a few sessions, you can reduce the volume of fat and lymphatic deposits in the cheekbone area.

Plastic surgery

Surgical intervention is recommended when it is not possible to change the situation using gentle methods. In plastic surgery it is called a check-lift. The operation is complex and is performed under general anesthesia. It can only be entrusted to a surgeon with experience in this area.

After surgery, the skin becomes elastic and the bags disappear. But no surgeon can guarantee a permanent effect. Cosmetologists recommend performing surgery in conjunction with the blepharoplasty (lift) procedure.

Lipofilling procedure

The method involves transplanting your own fat tissue into the cheekbone area. Among the many anti-aging procedures, this is the most gentle.

Lipolifting is performed in a clinic under local anesthesia.

Fat is collected from problem areas on the body:

  • hips;
  • waist;
  • stomach.

The resulting material undergoes special processing. Using a syringe with a special cannula, the material is injected under the skin in the cheekbone area. Thanks to this, the skin is smoothed, the bags become less noticeable and soon disappear altogether.

The final effect will become noticeable after the injected adipose tissue grows into blood vessels. Therefore, the biological material is not introduced in full. The operation is carried out in several stages at intervals of six months. Bruises and swelling may appear in the area where fatty tissue is injected, which disappear after a few days.

Contour plastic

Masking bags on the cheekbones (how to get rid of them without surgery will be described below) are sometimes eliminated with contour plastic surgery of the zygomatic area. In plastic surgery, the method is called camouflage with glialuronic acid. The technique is preferred by older women. The rejuvenating effect is noticeable immediately.

How to get rid of paint bags on the cheekbones without surgery, folk remedies, lipolysis in cosmetology

The method has a negative side - it requires regular correction every six months by a professional surgeon.

Acid or its analogues are injected into the bag area in small portions using a syringe:

  • calcium hydroxyapatite;
  • poly-L-lactic acid.

After the procedure, it is possible that subcutaneous nodules, lumps may form, or swelling may simply increase.

Removing bags under the eyes

Masking bags are unsightly pad-like formations on the cheekbones, formed from fat. They can also be called “zygomatic bags”, “swelling”, “sufas”, “sagging cheekbones”, etc. Such a cosmetic defect can be visualized already in youth, but in most cases it is typical for patients aged 30+. The problem is relevant for both women and men.

Such swelling is especially noticeable in the morning and becomes larger due to lack of sleep and poor lifestyle. The desire to adjust the paint bags is purely individual. After the operation, the skin in this area tightens, the face becomes fresher, and the look becomes rested.

The main reasons for the formation of paint bags

  • Genetic predisposition.
  • Disorders of the thyroid gland.
  • Overweight.
  • Problems in the functioning of the urinary system (particularly the kidneys).
  • Damage to the skin by ultraviolet radiation with subsequent weakening.
  • Gravitational prolapse of soft tissues associated with age-related characteristics of the body.
  • Hypertrophy of the eye muscles.
  • Fatty hernias, etc.

Blepharoplasty is a surgical method of removing eye bags

Extended blepharoplasty is one of the most effective ways to combat suffocation. The operation is indicated for people aged 35+.

For comparison, patients can use various cosmetics (for example, patches), creams, and use injection techniques, but the bags will still increase over time. Moreover, age-related “tear troughs” appear, strengthening the nasolabial folds, the orbits of the eyes become sharply defined, while the lower jaw gradually loses its outline. Fat that is in a static position gradually swells, becomes inflamed and acquires a dark shade. The furrows become deeper and more defined. Unfortunately, without surgical help, the face gradually “floats” downwards, and the bags become more and more noticeable.

Extended blepharoplasty or simultaneous lifting of the cheekbones and cheeks allows you to solve the problem of “zygomatic bags” for a long time. The procedure is aimed at rejuvenating the middle part of the face, the cheek-zygomatic area is raised, the corners of the lips are tightened, the skin in the bag area is noticeably tightened, and sagging becomes invisible. In this case, incisions are made along the lower edge of the eyes, so that scars and cicatrices are not visible. After complete recovery, the features of a youthful face will return, but there will be no effect of the operated areas!

After extended blepharoplasty, the paint bags are placed in the position from which they were originally moved by gravity. The effect lasts for 8-10 years.

Features of extended blepharoplasty for removal of paint bags:

  • The bags are accessed through a natural crease in the lower lash line.
  • The accumulated fat is removed transconjunctivally. At an older age (after 35 years), in addition to adipose tissue, part of the muscle can be removed.

With extended blepharoplasty, the zygomatic ligaments (which hold the fat layer) are separated, and the fatty tissue that forms the same bag is partially eliminated. Fatty hernias are either eliminated completely or correctly redistributed, sharply reducing the risk of subsequent eyelid inversion.

Also in plastic surgery, endoscopic lifting of the middle and upper areas of the face is actively used, when incisions are made in the scalp and in the mouth area.

Ultrasonic lipolysis

This is a non-surgical technique used to remove paint bags. In cosmetology it is referred to as cavitation or ultrasound treatment of problem areas. A special gel is applied to the painting bags. This helps to achieve deeper conductivity of the device.

How to get rid of paint bags on the cheekbones without surgery, folk remedies, lipolysis in cosmetology

The specialist moves a special sensor along the designated area, due to which fat deposits are destroyed and their outflow along with lymph is restored. The method is painless.

How to get rid of paint bags on the cheekbones without surgery, folk remedies, lipolysis in cosmetology

The top layer of skin is not destroyed, so there is no postoperative or recovery period. The result is visible immediately after the procedure.

Suf correction methods

Since the appearance of sufas is associated with constitutional characteristics that cause problems of local subcutaneous adipose tissue, removal of malar fat, and even more so at home, that is, with the help of lotions, patches, various healing salts, infusions of chamomile and other medicinal plants, gymnastic exercises for facial muscles and other exercises, and even through professional facial massage is not able to have any significant positive effect.

The listed methods can have a very short-term and insignificant effect by reducing swelling. But they are completely unable to affect malar fat deposits and are completely ineffective. The use of diuretics and drugs that stimulate the central nervous system, which are often recommended by non-professional cosmetologists as “proven” means for eliminating periorbital edema and zygomatic hernias, can lead to disturbances in electrolyte metabolism, dehydration, impaired renal function and other disorders.

It is more effective to carry out conservative correction with subsequent assessment of the results, which may not be ideal, but quite acceptable, and only if the results are unsatisfactory, it is recommended to use the possibilities of surgical correction.

Hardware physiotherapeutic effects

Will RF lifting help reduce the severity of the defect? The basis of this procedure is exposure to high-frequency electromagnetic pulses, or radio wave therapy. In addition to this method, other hardware procedures are used in cosmetology, for example, ultrasonic lifting, fractional thermolysis, etc. Microcurrent therapy, such as darsonvalization, is also popular, promoting blood circulation, slight breakdown of fat cells, reducing tissue swelling, and activating the synthesis of collagen and elastin fibers .

All hardware physiotherapeutic techniques with promising characteristics practically do not have any positive effect on painting bags. In reality, the latter may become somewhat less noticeable at a young age with a slight initial severity of the defect. However, this does not happen due to a decrease in the sufas themselves, but only due to an improvement in the condition of the surrounding tissues.

Thus, the indications for RF lifting and microcurrent therapy are minor manifestations of the defect at a young age.

Injection techniques

At the age of over 30 years and significant manifestations of paint bags, injection techniques can be used. They, depending on the mechanism of action, are divided into two types:

  1. Hiding, leveling the defect by adding volume to the surrounding adjacent tissues.
  2. Correction of sufa lipolytics with a different mechanism of action or diprospan, which is not a typical lipolytic.

Leveling the defect can be done by:

  • Contour plastic surgery, which is a subcutaneous injection of hyaluronic acid gels or, much less commonly, calcium hydroxyapatite. By introducing one of the drugs, the middle facial zone is modeled and the folds in the nasolacrimal area are filled, as a result of which sagging skin is eliminated, and the border between the lower zygomatic and buccal zones becomes less noticeable. An alternative and more effective new generation procedure is facial volumization.
  • Lipofilling, which is identical to the previous option, but instead of hyaluronic acid or calcium hydroxyapatite gels, transplantation of one’s own adipose tissue is used.

Each of these techniques is characterized by positive and negative qualities.

Painting bags “before” and “after” correction

For the purpose of correction with lipolytics, the following injectable drugs are used:

  • Classic lipolytics, which include sodium deoxycholate and phosphatidylcholine. The mechanism of their action is to destroy fat cells and break down the fat they contain. These drugs are effective, but they are used extremely rarely in the periorbital area. This is due to the risk of injury to border tissues in cases of erroneous choice of dose, points or depth of administration.
  • Dermahil, which is a complex of peptides that reduces the volume of a fat cell without destroying its membrane. The active ingredient of the drug, in addition to the lipolytic effect, is characterized by the ability to stimulate microcirculation and lymphatic flow, as well as increase skin tone. All these effects can have a positive effect on the correction, but only to some extent, very moderately. You should not place excessive hopes on this drug in terms of reducing the volume of body fat.
  • Diprospan, related to glucocorticosteroids. The introduction of the drug into the area of painting fat leads to its breakdown, a decrease in tissue volume and a noticeable smoothing of the relief. At the same time, the use of diprospan is associated with the difficulty of dosing, the possibility of developing atrophic processes in fatty tissue and the appearance of areas of retraction.
  • Mesosculpt, which is the most popular multicomponent lipolytic agent. It is designed for use specifically in the area of paint grease localization. The drug does not lead to mechanical or chemical destruction of fat cells, but inhibits their division at the genetic level and changes biological activity. This action lies in the fact that the drug is involved in the transformation of white fat cells into brown cells, which, unlike white ones, are not prone to lipid accumulation, due to which an increase in malar fat does not occur. As a result, to a certain extent it is possible to achieve the desired effect without damaging the cells themselves. In addition, mesosculpt promotes the breakdown of fat and stimulates blood flow in tissues. And although it does not have direct anti-aging effects, it has a moderate anti-edematous and lifting effect, which improves the overall appearance of the periorbital area.

It should be noted that due to septal septa, it can be difficult to achieve uniform distribution of lipolytic in the required area, which sometimes leads to negative results.

Diprospan injections

Diprosan is a hormonal drug, the main components of which are betamethasone dipropionate and betamethasone disodium phosphate. They provide a quick and long-lasting effect. The technique is recommended for women under 30 years of age. After the procedure, the volume of adipose tissue noticeably decreases.

How to get rid of paint bags on the cheekbones without surgery, folk remedies, lipolysis in cosmetology

An incorrectly administered drug can cause the formation of additional edema. The technique, carried out by a professional, allows you to reduce fat deposits in the cheekbone area. The effect is noticeable immediately.

— Are SMAS lifting and check lifting mutually exclusive operations?

I would call these operations mutually complementary, since very often they are carried out in parallel.

Improvements in the midface cannot be achieved with just one type of surgery. I have developed and use the 3S-lifting procedure. Recently, one of the most respected publications among plastic surgeons, Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, published a publication about this technique. About 10 reviewers, and these are world-famous plastic surgeons, spoke positively about this operation.

Carrying out 3S-lifting

, we carry out a complex effect on the lower third, both when using SMAS lifting and on the malar zone, while using a shorter suture than with a conventional lifting and eliminating 100 percent injury to the facial nerve. One of the modifications of the operation is designed specifically for young patients. Those who have already tried threads and fillers and all possible “non-surgical liftings” and are dissatisfied with the effect, but want to get a stable effect, the short-suture Prima-lifting technology has been developed for precisely such patients.

The fundamental difference between the operation and SMAS lifting is that the incision is made without going behind the ear, and the achieved result lasts 5-7 years, and most importantly, it does not interfere with any other manipulations on the face.

Indications

— What problems are check-lifting indicated for patients with?

First of all, the operation is indicated for patients who have a problem with paint bags.

Only a doctor can identify the problem.
The patient cannot cope with this on his own. The bag in the cheekbone area and under the eyes is often confused. It happens that there is a bag in the zygomatic area, but there is no hernia at all. The operation in this case is indicated exclusively for check-lifting, and not eyelid surgery, because
the latter will highlight the problem even more sharply! Much depends on the anatomy of the face. For example, lifting and reducing the nasolabial fold does not give a good effect. As soon as the bump in the painter’s area is removed, the nasolabial fold is leveled, the patient seems to have solved the problem with the prolapse in the middle zone, since the nasolabial fold has also straightened out. In fact, the problem was solved not by affecting the nasolabial fold, but by influencing the area of the painter and straightening the nasolacrimal fold (nasolacrimal groove).

Check lifting is also indicated for patients who have had a sudden change in weight.

They have quite pronounced drooping of the face, while the neck area is not subject to changes.

There is no clear age limit for the operation; perhaps it is in the range from 20 to 60 years, because The problem of sufs can also arise at a young age.

— What is rehabilitation after a check-lift?

Rehabilitation after a check-lift can be compared to rehabilitation after eyelid surgery.

The significant difference is that with a check-lift the muscles are well fixed. Because of this, the corners of the eyes become tight for some time. She leaves within one month. This method of fixation avoids eversion of the eyelid and deformation of the corner of the eye.

Two weeks after the operation, you can apply foundation and make-up. The swelling under the eyelash edge usually lasts about one month.

Thank you!

Thermolifting

The method is recommended for women when the swelling is not severe, only the first signs are detected. Using a special device, the area with fat deposits is affected.

How to get rid of paint bags on the cheekbones without surgery, folk remedies, lipolysis in cosmetology

As a result of the procedure, the adipose tissue becomes denser and swelling disappears. The skin at the treatment site acquires elasticity and a toned appearance. The method is simple, safe, which can be attributed to the positive side. But there are also negative aspects: there is no guarantee of a positive result.

Fractional grinding

Paint bags on the cheekbones (how to get rid of them is decided individually with each patient) are sometimes eliminated using a hardware method. Fractional resurfacing is based on the use of a laser, which destroys fat deposits in the cheekbone area.

The beam warms up:

  • upper layers of skin (epidermis);
  • middle layers (dermis);
  • facial muscles.

The procedure activates regeneration, which quickly increases elasticity and skin turgor.

How to get rid of paint bags on the cheekbones without surgery, folk remedies, lipolysis in cosmetology

Paint bags are not considered a disease. This is a feature of the structure of the human face. It is possible to restore elasticity and firmness to the skin if you follow some recommendations from cosmetologists and follow the correct diet. You should adhere to the rules throughout your life, starting from a young age.

How to remove appeared sufas

Women, faced with the appearance of sufs, certainly think about how to get rid of them as quickly as possible. There are many methods. Among them:

  • massage;
  • injections;
  • microliposuction;
  • thermolifting;
  • blepharoplasty

There are even folk remedies that offer areas of additional care.

Removal by surgical methods

There are a number of operational methods for removing paint bags:

  • microliposuction;
  • blepharoplasty;
  • lifting.

Blepharoplasty is a fairly effective method. It is often associated with changes in the shape of the eyes and the shape of the eyelids. But this is not entirely correct. Blepharoplasty involves removing excess skin and fat. In particular, this operation allows you to surgically get rid of paint bags.

Blepharoplasty

Microliposuction is a related technique. It is performed simultaneously with blepharoplasty. Microliposuction allows you to remove excess fat deposits in the cheekbone area.

Microliposuction

Facial plastic surgery is a broad concept. It refers to the removal of excess fat, skin reduction, muscle tightening and facial correction. The type of operation depends on the goal. In this case, we mean both the removal of fat bags and the tightening of skin in the cheekbone area.

Lipofilling procedure

This is a way to remove pouches using your own fat. During this procedure, the sufas are not actually removed, but rather built up. The idea is that your own fat is pumped out from one place and injected into the area under the cheekbones.

Lipofilling procedure

This helps even out the surface of the skin under the eyes and smooth out bags. The procedure can be considered as filling an empty and sagging cavity.

Ultrasonic lipolysis

Ultrasonic facial lipolysis

This is a non-surgical method of destroying fat cells. Focused ultrasound is applied to adipose tissue. The point is simple. Fat cells contain air. Under the influence of a directed ultrasonic wave, the size of air droplets increases. They burst. The fat cell dies.

The effect of ultrasonic lipolysis

Gradually the fat layer decreases. This is one of the best ways to get rid of bags under the eyes.

Diprospan injections

This method of removing bags in the cheekbone area will help remove the defect for young people. The hormonal drug Diprospan is effective mainly up to 30 years. This is due to the fact that the product reduces the volume of adipose tissue and prevents its aging. Over the years, the human body loses more and more moisture. Along with it, the fat layer also decreases. The use of the drug in adulthood is fraught with a decrease in the already disappearing skin fat protection.

Diprospan injections

You can buy the drug yourself, but the procedure should be performed in a clinic. Incorrectly administered drug leads to lumpy skin.

Liposuction

Removal of fat deposits through punctures in the skin. This can be compared to suctioning out excess fat. After liposuction treatment, the fat changes. It becomes denser, collects less moisture, which helps reduce swelling. The first results of the procedure are noticeable quickly. The disadvantage of the technique is possible inflammation, for the localization of which cortisone injections are used.

Liposuction

The second significant drawback is that the effect is only temporary.

Thermolifting

Thermolifting is an example of how exposure to heat causes cells to contract. The result is increased blood circulation and improved metabolism. Old cells die. New ones take their place.

Fractional grinding

The procedure is a type of laser resurfacing. The impact is applied to certain points, so trauma to the skin is minimal. Removed cells are quickly replaced by new ones.

Massage and gymnastics

How else can you get rid of bags under your eyes? A simple massage will help. It will not completely get rid of the defect, but it will make the skin elastic, smooth and attractive. Perform a massage daily while applying the cream. It involves tapping the upper eyelids and the area under the eyes with your fingertips. Such a simple procedure improves blood circulation, which improves the appearance of the skin. A more serious facial massage can be done using a massager.

Nothing helps tighten the skin like facial gymnastics. The simplest exercises are:

  • open and close your mouth wide;
  • wrinkle and relax the muscles of the nose;
  • stretch your lips into a tube;
  • open wide, then close your eyes tightly.

Photo from the site: Belbera.Ru

When figuring out how to remove paint bags on the cheekbones, many discover that it is by no means easy, and sometimes any technique simply turns out to be ineffective, since you need to think about the problem from early youth. Not everyone thinks about preventing sufas until they appear in all their glory, and then the intervention of an experienced cosmetologist or even a surgeon is required to help rid a person of the problem once and for all.

If bags have just begun to appear under the eyes, or you want to prevent the very possibility of their occurrence in advance, it makes sense to resort to one or more of the procedures proposed below. These can be maxis, lotions, gymnastics, compresses and other tricks to get rid of paint bags, and the reviews of those who have already tried are positive enough to do it on their own.

Simple lotions, compresses for facial beauty

To figure out how to get rid of paint bags on your cheekbones, it doesn’t hurt to learn a few fairly simple recipes for compresses and lotions that are really effective and highly rated by those who have tried to use them. No special knowledge is required here at all, the main thing is to do all this regularly and according to the instructions, then the result will not be slow to appear.

Herbal ice cube compresses and lotions

The easiest way to help your skin stay toned longer, while at the same time remaining tight and firm, is to do regular ice treatments. Many women have tried this and no longer want to stop the procedure, so why not use their experience? To begin with, you should freeze the herbal infusion into cubes in a special form. It could be chamomile, sage, St. John's wort, calendula, oak bark and whatever comes to your mind, they definitely won't hurt.

Photo from the site: honeycollection.ru

Every morning and evening you need to take out several cubes of frozen herbal infusion and wipe your entire face with them. Particular attention should be paid to the area around the eyes, as well as to the paint bags themselves. It is believed that the effect should become noticeable already in the second week of use, the skin becomes more toned, wrinkles are smoothed out, and the bags are noticeably reduced.

But if you don’t want to bother and wait for the ice cubes to harden, you can simply make lotions from a decoction of any medicinal herbs. To do this, you just need to moisten a regular cotton pad with this herbal tea and apply it to the sufas. After twenty minutes, the compresses need to be removed, and the result will also be noticeable after two weeks, but you will immediately feel how much nicer and denser the skin has become to the touch.

Highly concentrated sea salt

In order to significantly reduce or completely get rid of bags on the cheekbones, you can use ordinary sea salt, which is known to be extremely useful and is used in various areas of human life. It is better to buy such salt at a pharmacy so as not to get a flavored counterfeit, and in general, it is best to use natural and pure salt without additives.

Place a small amount of salt in a canvas bag, which you can easily make yourself. Lightly moisten the bag with warm water and then apply it to problem areas. There is absolutely no need to heat the salt here, it will only do harm.

Making masks from painting bags

If for some reason you don’t like simple remedies, or they don’t work very well, you can use others. For example, judging by the reviews, facial fat on the cheekbones makes cosmetic masks dissolve more actively, which anyone, be it a man or a woman, can learn to do.

Egg whites guard beauty and youth

To create such a mask, which is incredibly simple, you need to purchase ordinary chicken eggs, but of high quality. It is optimal to buy homemade eggs from a trusted person, since the effectiveness of the mask will directly depend on the quality of the product.

Photo from the site: onlybeauty.info

Beat one egg with a fork and apply the resulting mixture all over your face, paying special attention to the area under the eyes. Leave the mask on the skin for fifteen, or even twenty, minutes, then rinse with plenty of warm water. The procedure must be repeated daily in the evenings, for at least twenty days in a row.

Potato treatment for soufs

Take a few potatoes and wash them thoroughly using a washcloth. Boil the potatoes in their jackets until they are tender. If this does not happen, just pierce the vegetable with a fork, then it will immediately become clear whether it is ready. After removing the saucepan from the heat, drain the water, peel the potatoes and mash them with a fork, allowing them to cool slightly.

You need to add a little cream to the mass, or you can also diversify it with a tablespoon of a decoction of some herbs and then apply it to your face for twenty minutes. There is also an option with raw potatoes. Both potato masks can be alternated, so the effectiveness of the procedures will become much higher.

Cucumber mask: a classic of the genre

Ask any beauty, and she will confidently say that cucumber masks have a great effect on the skin of the face as a whole, tightening, moisturizing and nourishing it, making it silky and healthy. The main thing here, as with potatoes, is that the vegetable is fresh and environmentally friendly, otherwise you can only make things worse. Therefore, it is better to refuse cucumbers from the supermarket in the middle of winter; they are full of dangerous nitrates, which we have absolutely no use for.

Photo from the site: narodnayamedicina.com

Grate a fresh cucumber on a fine grater without peeling it, in which the concentration of vitamins and other “benefits” is much higher. Wrap the cucumber pulp in a piece of gauze and apply it to the paint bags. Wait for half an hour and remove the mask, the effect will not be long in coming and the swelling will become less visible.

Massage from paint bags on cheekbones

Everything is already clear with masks and lotions; they need to be done daily and it is advisable not to stop for a single day. Moreover, they can be alternated, then the effectiveness of the measures taken will be much higher. But that’s not all, as you can try a unique technique - massaging problem areas with spoons, which really help restore the dermis’ special elasticity and density, and at the same time remove the souf, at least its visible part.

It's not complicated, and you don't need any special equipment, just a couple of spoons and a glass of cold water or, better yet, ice. Cool the spoons, and then walk them with stroking movements, moving from the temples to the bridge of the nose, along the paint bags. You can perform circular movements. When the spoons have warmed up, you can cool them again and repeat this for thirty minutes.

Folk remedies, masks from painting bags

It is quite difficult to completely remove paint bags using folk remedies.

But it’s possible to prevent their occurrence:

  • dilute sour cream with chopped parsley (2:1), apply the mixture to the cheekbones, hold for 10 minutes, rinse with warm water;
  • add oily vitamin E to the water, wipe your face with the solution with a cotton pad;
  • Apply to swollen cheekbones for 30 minutes. slices of fresh cucumber;
  • Brew green tea, cool, wet cotton pads and apply to cheekbones for 20 minutes.

How to get rid of it?

You can remove bags without resorting to surgery in different ways:

  • engage the muscles on the face with gymnastics,
  • visually disguise with decorative cosmetics,
  • regularly apply homemade masks to your cheekbones.

If these three methods are combined, then getting rid of bags in the cheekbone area will happen much faster.

Makeup

One of the most effective ways is contouring. You need to do it with a highlighter and bronzer. You will also need powder in a shade close to your complexion. You need to apply makeup as follows:

  1. Apply highlighter to the center of the forehead, under the eyes, above the upper lip, in the center of the chin, on the area adjacent to the nose, on the back of the nose, under the eyebrows;
  2. Bronzer should be used to outline the hairline up to the temples, walk along the cheekbones, and apply to the upper eyelid (under the highlighter). The figure shows a detailed diagram.

contouring

Contouring is the most successful way to make up a problem area, but there are a few more techniques that can slightly distract attention from the paint bags:

  • Create an accent on your lips with bright lipstick. In this case, the eyes should be painted dimly, not to attract attention. The gaze of others falls first on the lips, distracting from the upper part of the face;
  • the same effect is achieved with the help of bright accessories that need to be worn on the neck or chest: an unusual brooch or an extravagant scarf will also become the center of attention instead of bags on the cheekbones;
  • The use of bright blush and unusual eye makeup is not encouraged, and bright and large earrings will draw attention to the sufas.

Photos before and after

Makeup can disguise the cheekbone areas, hiding sagging skin. Photos of girls using visual tricks show excellent results.
