The effectiveness of Japanese drops
The advantages of eye medications from Japan are:
- comprehensive elimination of the causes of pathology and symptoms;
- balanced vitamin composition;
- long-term therapeutic result after instillation;
- high level of processing and purification of raw materials;
- prevention of destructive processes in the visual organs due to aging;
- long-lasting hydration;
- prophylactic agents for cataracts or glaucoma;
- acceleration of tissue regeneration of the organs of vision;
- elimination of symptoms of inflammatory reactions, fatigue or swelling.
The preparations are saturated with a balanced complex of vitamins, which are necessary for the prevention of many pathologies:
- taurine;
- vitamin compounds of group B6 and B12;
- allantoin;
- potassium mineral compounds;
- aminocaproic acid substance.
The following drugs reduce the production of aqueous humor:
- α2-adrenergic receptor agonists;
- carbonic anhydrase inhibitors;
- β-blockers.
α2-adrenergic receptor agonists
- Clonidine (clonidine),
- Brimonidine is a drug that reduces intraocular pressure more effectively than clonidine. These drugs have a dual mechanism for reducing intraocular pressure - they reduce the production of ocular fluid and cause the ciliary muscle to contract, which helps improve its outflow.
Carbonic anhydrase inhibitors
- dorzolamide hydrochloride (Trusopt),
- brinzolamide (Azopt).
These drugs block the ciliary body enzyme, carbonic anhydrase. This reduces the production of aqueous humor, and as a result, a decrease in intraocular pressure occurs.
β-blockers
- Proxodolol,
- Timolol (arutimol, okumed, timohexal).
These drugs are contraindicated for concomitant corneal dystrophy, dry keratitis, bradyarrhythmia and bronchial asthma.

Japanese eye drops Rohto Z! 12ml
I relied on reviews from people who had already used them. These drops can be found offline at three times the price, which didn’t really suit me. So I ordered it straight from Japan. The reason for using the drops was eye fatigue due to prolonged work at the PC. Appearance
The drops are packaged in a blue colored cardboard box, covered with Japanese characters all over the place. Only the logo stands out - the Latin white letter Z with an exclamation mark.
Expiration date until March 2022
Inside is a rectangular bottle and instructions.
This instruction is of little use to inform a Russian-speaking user, since everything is also written in Japanese (photos are clickable and enlargeable):
The scale from 1 to 8 is the refreshing effect index. For these drops it is maximum and equal to 8.
Crooked machine translation
Here is the information found in the open spaces, more expanded than what is written in the instructions:

Contraindications

Usage and dose
In case of mild fatigue, add 1 drop of solution to each eye. For signs of severe fatigue, the drug can be used 2 to 5 times a day, adding 1-2 drops.
Special instructions and precautions
If you experience rashes or redness on the skin, irritation or swelling of the eyes, you should immediately stop using eye drops. Rohto Z solution! It is forbidden to pour it into another container or give it to other people to use - this violates the sterility of the solution. When instilling, avoid touching the dispenser spout to any surfaces. The solution must be instilled only after removing the lenses. Over time, white crystals may grow in the solution, which do not affect the properties of the drug.
Storage conditions
Store in original container at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Keep away from children. Expiration date of Rohto Z drops! 3 years.
At first glance at the bottle it was somewhat unclear how to open and use it
In fact, everything turned out to be simple, you just had to turn the blue cap and the bottle was divided into two triangles.
I have not touched the dispenser spout and I strongly do not recommend that you do so as not to introduce bacteria there, so its material remains a mystery for now. While translating the complete instructions, I found a mention that the dispenser spout can be positioned at any angle, be it perpendicular or crooked. I note that the squeezed out drop always turns out to be solid, it never bubbles, as happens with Indian Ujala drops.
Impression.
When instilled, a burning sensation first occurs in the eyes, and in my case, tearing occurs. After 20 seconds the burning goes away. The feeling of freshness and coolness in the eyes - yes, appears, most likely due to the use of mint in the composition.
One of the visible effects, when viewed from the outside, is that the capillaries narrow. The photo on the left shows a tired eye, on the right - 20 minutes after using the drops.
Additional Information
With astigmatism, the contours of objects bifurcate and if you work at the computer for a long time, the effect of bifurcation intensifies, in addition, there is pain and a feeling of sand in the eyes. After using the drops, the pain and dryness in the eyes go away, the contours of objects become a little more collected - I would call this a rollback to the state when I just woke up after a long sleep. We can say that the image becomes clearer. I decided to instill one drop a day - I stopped at this dosage for now in order to avoid fanaticism. I'm happy with it, it's even a little annoying that I didn't come across these drops at least 2 years ago. I will use it.

Advantages of products from Japan
Many people have certain vision problems. It is not at all necessary that this is due to its deterioration. So in the evening, many people note dry eyes, excessive fatigue and redness of the mucous membranes. Those people whose occupation involves working on a computer or looking at small objects especially often suffer from irritation of the organs of vision.
Japanese eye drops are produced by leading companies. Innovative equipment is used to produce such drugs; products undergo quality control at all stages of production. Japanese specialists are constantly improving the formula of their eye drops. It is in Japan that DHC vitamins are produced based on extracts of rare plants and marine life.
It should be said that the raw materials for the production of products are selected very carefully; they undergo multi-stage purification. Subsequently, the products are tested according to a certain scheme and only if the tests pass normally, the drugs reach the end consumer.
The effectiveness of eye drops from Japan is an order of magnitude higher than even expensive domestic drugs. Such preparations contain unique components that not only moisturize the mucous membrane for a long time, but also prevent the development of cataracts and glaucoma.
Japanese drops are good for myopia. These drugs can slow down age-related changes in the organs of vision.
It is necessary to start using Japanese medicines in a timely manner. In this case, the treatment gives noticeable results:
- Metabolic processes in the organs of vision are stabilized and noticeably accelerated.
- Blurred vision and irritability of the eyes are eliminated.
- Relieves dry eyes.
- The organs of vision are nourished with vitamins and minerals.
- The mucous membrane becomes less susceptible to external factors.
Japanese remedies help quickly eliminate allergy symptoms, relieve fatigue and irritation. It is recommended to use such drugs in a course.
The effect is noticeable after the first use of the drops. The medicine relieves several symptoms at the same time and does not have a toxic effect. In the manufacturers' lines there are various narrowly targeted products, the effect of which lasts for several hours.
Before you start using Japanese eye drops, you should consult your doctor!
