What are check tables?

In the office of any ophthalmologist there are tables for determining visual acuity.

Norbekov's technique is not a miracle pill. Each person himself has the power to get rid of the disease. The author of the book believes that the cause of many chronic diseases, including the organs of vision, is simple laziness and unwillingness to listen to your body. A person does not attach importance to the severity of the disease at the very beginning of its development and misses the moment when further development of the problem could have been prevented.

What happens?

Vision immediately begins to respond. Letters and signs “start playing” hide and seek with you. They become brighter, then blurry again. A flash of clarity and brightness of the image will appear and disappear. That is, on the training chart you will begin to see a burst of clarity improvement. Soon these rare, one-time “bursts” will merge into a single wave.

The result will accumulate in the same way as a whole coil of beads is collected one bead at a time.

When you raise your internal resonance to the required level, then your vision will begin to obey your will, because that resonance takes on the effect of a tuning fork.

The will sets emotions in motion, and emotions force you to accept the resonance of recovery and creation or the resonance of indifference and destruction. Depending on what you put in, that's what you get!

The internal flywheel will start a movement that will gain strength each time and affect the quality of vision. In our terminology, this means “vision has gone.”

Vision training using tables for Norbekov's eyes

All exercises from the specialist in question are divided into two types: simple and complex. The author leads to the second category gradually, incrementally. Gymnastics for the eyes consists of a number of exercises that need to be repeated alternately and regularly:

  1. Sit up straight, look ahead. From this body position, focus your gaze as high as possible, then as low as possible. Then move your eyes to the right, then to the left.
  2. Take a straight body position, draw an infinity sign with your gaze. It is important not to move your head.
  3. Perform exercises for the oblique muscles of the eyes 7 times: focus your gaze on the tip of your nose (squint), and peripherally examine everything that is on the sides. Sit in this position for 1 minute, then look forward, then at the middle of the nose. Then rest, and the last stage is to squint between your eyebrows. Spend a few minutes in a state of calm.
  4. Perform acupressure massage of the facial muscles. This relaxes the eyes, which get tired during previous exercises.

Workouts using tables

Norbekov’s methods are simple, but it is important not to be lazy and repeat the exercises every day, otherwise there will be no positive result.

It is recommended to perform work to improve vision in combination with gymnastics for the spine.

The vision test is carried out using tables. Norbekov offers options for adults, which consist of optimistic texts, as well as for children - with pictures of animals. The specialist recommends supporting work with tables with walks in the clean air and gymnastics for the spine. Using the tables, study in 3 stages:

  • with eyes open;
  • with closed eyelids;
  • with your eyes closed (a few days after the start of classes, the text is easily remembered).

Norbekov’s book suggests the following mechanism for practicing with tables:

  • If a person is farsighted, then the text should be located at a distance of 15 cm from the organ of vision.
  • For myopia, place the table at arm's length.
  • When one eye is healthy, you need to cover it with your hand during training.
  • If the patient's eyes have different deviations from the norm, then work with them separately.
  • Next you need to look at the table, picking it up. It is important to sit up straight.

Be sure to read the text offered by the author from top to bottom. If the letters after are not clearly visible, then the person has determined his working line (the last one, which is clearly visible). Periods of vision restoration according to Norbekov’s tables

Eye exercises according to Norbekov: Instructions

  • Head straight, raise your eyes as high as possible, mentally drawing a vertical line across your forehead. Hold your gaze for a few seconds at the highest point and lower it down;
  • The starting position is the same, but we direct our eyes down, look for the lowest point on the floor and hold our gaze on it for a few seconds. We return to the starting position. You need to watch your facial expressions, don’t squint, work should be done only with your eyes;
  • We keep our head straight, move our eyes to the right, look for the most distant point, hold our gaze on it and return to the starting position. We do the same actions with the left side;
  • From a straight position we move our eyes to the extreme points along the following trajectory: lower left - upper right, then lower right - upper left. Simply put, we try to draw a bow with our eyes. All movements are performed smoothly, there is no need to help your head or nod in time with your eyes;
  • Exercise “Eight”. Carefully, at medium speed, draw a figure eight with your eyes. This activity strengthens muscles and normalizes eye pressure;
  • The sixth helps with myopia. Focus your gaze alternately on the tip of your nose, the bridge of your nose, and between your eyebrows. Returning from each point, direct your gaze in front of you and defocus it a little, look at the objects around you;
  • “Palming.” Close your eyes tightly with your palms, relax and imagine that you can see clearly without contact lenses or glasses. The duration of the procedure is five minutes. During this time, the organs of vision achieve complete relaxation.

Gymnastics to improve vision

  4. Spreading the axes. You need to imagine a dial or focus your gaze on your fingers raised to your nose. Then spread your fingers to the sides and watch each of them.
  5. Exercises to relieve eye fatigue. This can be done by actively blinking or covering your face with your palms, but so as not to put pressure on your eyes.
  6. Then you need to draw an infinity symbol and a figure eight with your visual organs.
  7. The last exercise is aimed at developing the oblique muscles of the eye and lateral vision. You need to look at the tip of your nose, then forward, without straining to concentrate your attention to the sides. Then squint your eyes at the bridge of your nose and look forward again.

You need to exercise according to Norbekov’s method without straining your eyes. The load should increase gradually.

If you do such exercises correctly and constantly, improvement will come fairly quickly. After such gymnastics, changes occur in the form of waves. Improvement is felt for several hours, then the condition worsens again. With such variable sensations, vision returns to normal. The day you perform such exercises is a step towards recovery.
