All the muscles of our face and body are interconnected and form a single myofascial network. ⠀ Eyelids do not begin to droop on their own. The tissues of the back surface of the body, starting from the arch of the foot, due to insufficient physical activity, poor posture, weakened muscle corset and a spasmodic neck, begin to creep upward over the years, putting pressure on the supracranial aponeurosis.
The aponeurosis, in turn, puts pressure on the muscles of the forehead, which entails a downward displacement of the eyebrow arches, and this already provokes drooping of the upper eyelids. ⠀ Therefore, if you want to fight sagging eyelids, then you need a comprehensive approach:
1. Work on your posture, perform exercises to strengthen the muscle corset and stretch the spine

The Facebuilding technique for eyelids offers the following technique for swelling, blue circles and tear troughs:
Place your index fingers on your forehead above your eyebrows, and place your thumbs below your eyes. Cover your eyelids. Spread your fingers outward from the eyelids, gently applying pressure. Do this exercise for 40 seconds and then rest.
Strengthening the orbicularis oculi muscle
- The technique works the orbicularis oculi muscle and others nearby: the temporalis, the procerus muscle. Executes slowly. Find a point at the level of your eyelids and slowly protrude your eyes, looking at this point. By doing this exercise, you will feel how not only the muscles of the eyes work, but also the muscles of the temples and nose. Relax your eyes, close them, then start protruding them again. To widen the outer part of the eye
- Place your hands on your temple in such a way that the fingers of one palm look at the fingers of the other palm: the palm, where the fingers are pointing down, rises slightly towards the hair, the other, where the fingers are pointing up, moves slightly towards the ear;
- After creating tissue pretension, the skin should become slightly moisturized, after which the hands will begin to move on their own.
How to tighten your upper eyelids
- Place your index fingers on top of your closed eyelids. Try to open them by counting to eight. Then blink and repeat 3 times;
- Place the tip of your index finger on the upper eyelid. Pull the outer edges of the eyes towards the temples. Use your upper eyelid to press as hard as you can onto your lower eyelid. Perform sixty presses. Look in the mirror. Pay attention to whether you frown.
How to enlarge your eyes
- The exercise restores the shape of the eyelids, eliminates the effect of sunken or sunken eyes, and opens them.

- Make two fingers, index and middle, in a "V" shape. Keep your palms with the inside facing your face. Note: If you have trouble moving to the outer edge, move your fingers back towards the inner corner of the eyelid for thirty seconds, then continue with the main technique.
- Change the position of your palms. Place your thumbs on the cheekbone, and press the inner edge of your index finger against the outer part of the eyebrow, forming a “frame”. Maintain the position for thirty seconds.
- Strengthen the effect by moving against resistance - squint;
- Relax the area you were working on.

Technique:
Perform the technique for each eye separately, starting with the left.
- Make a "V" shape with the index and middle fingers of your left hand. Point the outer part of your palm towards your face. Place your middle finger at the outer corner of your eyebrow and your index finger at the outer corner of your eye.
- Place the index finger of your right hand under the inner point of the eyebrow, and the middle finger under the inner corner of the eye.
- Imagine that the pupil of the eye is the center of the resulting rectangle. Using the corners of this rectangle, try to expand the orbit of the eye evenly relative to the pupil.

Compresses
Compresses based on various active liquid solutions help to remove drooping eyelids:
- milk;
- tea;
- potato juice;
- sage infusion;
- calendula;
- daisies.

Drooping eyelids: changing our habits
In order to get rid of drooping eyelids, first of all, eradicate the bad habits that led to the problem and replace them with useful ones:
• Avoid cigarettes and alcoholic beverages.
• Forget about fried, salted and smoked foods that clog blood vessels and prevent proper fluid circulation in the body.
• Include vegetables, fruits and berries in your diet.
